If you need to cancel your clean for any reason, please provide us with at least 24 hours notice to avoid any cancellation fees. Less than 24 hours notice will result in a 50% charge of your cleaning fee. If we are unable to access your home at the agreed upon time and date, you will be charged 100% of your cleaning fee.
If your regular cleaning day lands on a holiday we will do our best to reschedule, however, that is not always possible.
If you would like to reschedule or change your day/time please let us know asap and we will do our best to accommodate you. Please see our cancellation policy.
We invoice Sunday the week of your clean. Payment is due either before the cleaning or the day of cleaning. You can pay by etransfer, credit card or cheque.
When hiring a cleaning service, communication is key! We want to know what’s important to you and your family. That way, we can provide the most personalized service for each of our clients. Please read the list of what is included in a clean and if something is missing that you’d like done-be sure to let us know! We want to avoid any disappointment. And if you have any further questions, always ask!
You are not required to prep for our arrival. However, if you tidy up, more of our time can be spent cleaning which leads to your money well spent!
There are a few different options for booking a clean. You can fill out the Contact Us form, give us a call or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then be in touch to schedule an appointment.
We do our best to send the same team to your home every time as we find that is the best way to provide a consistent service. However, due to holidays, illness, etc. there will be occasions when a different team is sent. All of our cleaners are highly trained to insure you receive an excellent clean each time!
NoSpot Cleaning Solutions INC. is insured and bonded. We also have WCB.
No. In fact, most of our clients are not. We find it works best if you provide us with a key or a code to get in, to keep you from waiting around! However, you are more than welcome to be home while we clean.
NoSpot provides all of the supplies we need for cleaning, aside from a vacuum. If there are special cleaning products you would like used in your home, please let us know in advance. We do our best to make sure our employees are using environmentally, pet and child-friendly products.
If you aren’t happy with the clean we have provided, Contact Us within 24 hours of your clean and we will schedule a time to come fix the problem areas.
